H.E Fatima Obaid Al Jaber

Ms Fatima Al Jaber is an engineer with significant expertise in the management of international businesses in a variety of industrial sectors. She graduated from the UAE University in Al Ain in 1987 with a Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering.
Between 1988 and 2005 Fatima worked with the Abu Dhabi Government in various technical and managerial positions, with a pivotal role as the Assistant undersecretary for Technical Services at the Abu Dhabi Public Works Department, and later as the Assistant Undersecretary for the Building Projects Section at the Abu Dhabi Municipality.

In 2007, Fatima was voted by Forbes Arabia as the 7th most influential woman in the Arab world and as one of the most influential business women in the region for the year 2008 according to MEED as well as the Businesswoman of the year by Arabian Business and the Construction Industry Personality of the Year for 2009.

Presently Fatima holds the position of Chief Operating Officer for the Al Jaber Group, also sitting on the Group's Board of Directors as an Executive Director. Her key responsibilities include overseeing the management on a daily basis of the entire Group's contracting, logistics, industrial, trading, real estate and investment subsidiaries.

Additionally, Fatima manages and liaises with external partners, contacts and governmental authorities in relation to the Al Jaber Group's participation and contribution towards the growth of the UAE, in particular Abu Dhabi and its infrastructure.

Sara Ismail Mohamed

Mrs Sara Mohamed is the company's Chief Executive Officer and has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector with leading regional and global institutions. During this time, Sara has successfully built and managed multi-million dollar investment portfolios for her clients. She is a regular contributor to several industry publications and has carved a niche for herself in the area of providing tailored financial solutions for the GCC ladies' market.

Wael Aburida

Mr. Wael Aburida has twenty years of extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, investment banking, equity research, corporate development, finance and management fields.

Qualification:
Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and business from Lake Forest College.
MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, US.

Current Position: Director of M&A and Strategic Investments Waha Capital, Abu Dhabi; Acting Chief Executive Officer and Director, Addax Bank, Bahrain.

Alaa Buhussain

Alaa holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Social Studies from the University of Manchester, UK. He is also is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Bahrain Society.”

Fahad Al Qassim

Mr. Fahad has over 10 years of experience in various sectors from industry, IT, investment banking and public sector. Prior to joining Waha Capital, Fahad was the Head of the Executive Council Projects in The Executive Council of The Government of Dubai, where he was responsible for the implementation of special projects for 2 years.
Mr. Fahad spent 3 years in DIB Capital, the investment banking subsidiary of Dubai Islamic Bank, as AVP in Project Finance and Syndications covering public and private project financing and responsible for the international syndications in the bank. Prior to that, he spent 5 years at Dubai Aluminium Company in the information technology department.
Mr. Fahad has a Higher Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Higher Colleges of Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computing from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Monash University in Australia.

Jaber Obaid Al Jaber Al Murri

Mr. Jaber Obaid Al Jaber Al Murri is a board member of Al Jaber Group. He joined the Group in 1999 and ever since he has been leading the Procurement Division of the whole Group. In his capacity as a Board Member and Head of Procurement, Mr. Jaber plays a key role in the Group's development and expansion through securing the most suitable resources for the Group's projects and expansion plans.
Mr. Jaber Al Jaber is a renowned businessman; he serves on the Board of Deutsche Babcock Al Jaber (DEBAJ), and owns and runs a number of successful businesses.
Mr. Jaber Al Jaber is a graduate from Western University with a bachelor degree of Business Administration.

Robby Zahr

Mr Robby Zahr is a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years experience including five years with Coopers & Lybrand in Australia (now PWC) in the Business Services and Audit division. He moved to the UAE in 1993 and has spent the last 16 years with the Al Jaber Group and is responsible for establishing the Internal Audit Department. He now holds the position of Group Treasurer. Robby has extensive experience in financial reporting (IFRS), capital markets, banking and treasury, cash and trade finance, financial derivatives, auditing, risk management, corporate law, corporate governance and investments.

Noora Hamid

Ms Noora Hamid is the Chief Executive Officer of Arabian International Financial Services LLC (AIFS), one of the leading brokerage houses in Abu Dhabi. She is also the General Manager of International Financial Services (IFS), an introducing brokerage company established in 2002 representing worldwide Brokerage Houses located in London & the US. Both companies hold multi-million dollar portfolios for a variety of investors.
